Orchestra

            PCHS is the home of the Encore Orchestra.  This group of string players meets every day as curricular offering and once a week for sectional work.  Students in the orchestra also perform as a full orchestra on curricular concerts with members of the Symphonic Band.  Students enrolled in orchestra have the ability to audition for ILMEA activities and other PCHS ensembles.  The string ensemble performs at several curricular concerts, community functions and string festivals throughout the year.  If you would like to become a member of the PCHS Encore Orchestra please contact us for more details!
